This one is probably quite obvious, but the girl in this picture asked to have the guy's two middle fingers removed. We understand why you might want something like that removed from a picture. But they simply ended up being replaced by the guy's big toes. Still, they're his big toes rather than his middle fingers, which we would assume is better than the gesture he was making before.

It also looks ridiculous, which is not a bad thing. Actually, if you hadn't seen the first picture, the second one might seem really reasonable given some of these factors.
